Exhibit Hall Location
Exhibit tables will be located in Exhibit Hall B/C at the SAFE Credit Union Convention Center. Food and beverage will also be located in Hall B/C, directly connected to Registration in the North Lobby and the Plenary Room in Hall D. View the center floor plan here.

Lodging
Confirmed sponsors will be sent hotel room block reservation information on November 16, 2026. Our discounted hotel room blocks will fill up quickly so please book early.
Registration
Conference registration opens on Wednesday, December 2, 2026. Confirmed sponsors will be sent an email on December 2 with instructions to register for your complimentary sponsor passes.
- Sponsor discount code valid for the “Two-Day Conference” ticket under the “Sponsor/Exhibitors” registration type. NOTE: May 4 Learning Labs, Community Tours and Awards Ceremony are NOT included in the complimentary two-day conference pass. They must be purchased separately.
- Exhibitor-Only Passes: Each exhibitor can also register up to two passes for your exhibit table staff. These are free passes that are good for trade show access only, and do not include meals or session access. Register for the exhibitor-only passes in the same registration portal link as above.
Attendee List
The conference attendee list will be sent out two weeks prior to the conference, on Wednesday, April 21, 2027 and one week post-event.
The list contains each attendee’s name, title and organization. We do NOT share attendee emails.

Exhibitor Map and Table Placement
Exhibit booth assignments will be released March 10, 2027.
Housing California assigns all exhibit booths. Exhibitors do NOT pick their space. Exhibit booth placement is prioritized based on sponsorship level, with higher-tier sponsors receiving preferred locations. Housing California members also receive priority consideration in booth placement.
Expo Services
Housing California Conference is utilizing American Expo Services (AES) as the official general service contractor for the 2027 Conference.
Online ordering for your booth and exhibitor resources will be available in the AES exhibitor portal on Wednesday, February 10, 2027. Log-In credentials will be sent on February 10 via email to the exhibitor contact for your company.
Shipping & Material Handling
American Exposition Services is the exclusive provider of material handling services for this event. The following information is essential for any exhibitor shipping or driving materials to this event. AES labor will be required for all material handling in and out of the venue, so please reference these helpful guidelines and the labor jurisdictions provided. All questions should be directed to our Exhibitor Services staff prior to show move-in.

Electrical Order
Housing California Conference is utilizing American Expo Services (AES) as the official electrical service contractor for the 2027 Conference.
Online ordering for your booth and exhibitor resources will be available in the AES Exhibitor portal on Wednesday, February 10, 2027.
Internet Order
Housing California Conference is utilizing Smart City as the official internet service contractor for the 2027 Conference. Housing CA will be providing Wi-Fi for conference attendees during the event.
Smart City Exhibitor Internet is available to purchase as well and is facility-wide on a 5 GHz wireless network, at speeds of 3 Mbps up/down per device.
