The 2027 Housing California Annual Conference Sponsorship Drive is now Open!
Join Housing California as a sponsor to participate in California’s premier affordable housing and homelessness conference. More than 2,800 affordable housing, homelessness, and cross-sector thought leaders, practitioners and advocates will gather in-person May 4-6, 2027 at SAFE Credit Union Convention Center in Sacramento to learn from each other, build strategic alliances, strengthen leadership capacity and infrastructure, and move collectively toward new and innovative ways of thinking, doing business, and maximizing results.
Exhibiting at the Conference
Housing California’s Annual Conference offers a premier opportunity to elevate your organization’s visibility among leaders, practitioners, advocates, policymakers, and partners working across the affordable housing and homeless preventions. Exhibitors can connect directly with conference participants, showcase your products and services, and build lasting relationships.
Sponsors at the Sustainer level and above receive an exhibitor space as part of their sponsorship package. Please note that exhibit spaces are not available for purchase separately and are offered exclusively as a benefit of sponsorship. Exhibit space is limited!
Sponsor Frequently Asked Questions
Q: How do I become a Sponsor?
A: To reserve your sponsorship you MUST complete the sponsor pledge form here. Completing the form will generate an invoice that will be sent to you.
Q: Can I pay at a later date? What are the payment terms?
A: Yes, If you cannot pay right away, you can select pay by check on the sponsor pledge form. We can take payments via credit card, check, or ACH.
Payment is due within 30 days of the invoice date unless otherwise specified in your invoice.
Q: What is your cancellation policy?
A: If the sponsor cancels their sponsorship after submitting their form and payment, the following refund schedule will apply:
50% refund if canceled more than 90 days before the event.
No refund if canceled less than 90 days before the event.
If a sponsor cancels their sponsorship 90 days prior to the event, and they have not made a payment, they will still be responsible for 50% of the sponsorship fee.
If a sponsor cancels less than 90 days before the event, and they have not made a payment, they will be responsible for the full sponsorship fee.
Q: Do you have a W-9 form for Housing California?
A: Yes, please email Jade Chin, jchin@housingca.org to receive a copy of the W-9.
Q: What demographics can you share from your previous conferences?

Q: What are your projected counts for this year’s conference?
A: We are anticipating approximately 2,800-3,000 attendees.
Q: Can I get a list of attendees with contact info following the event?
A: The conference attendee list will be sent to exhibitors two weeks prior to the conference, on Wednesday, April 21, 2027 and one week post-event. The list contains each attendee’s name, title and organization. We do NOT share attendee emails.
