    • Housing California Housing Justice Awards Ceremony & Dinner 6:00pm-9:00pm (separate paid ticket required)
  • Thursday, March 6: Day 1 of the conference includes breakfast, opening plenary session, sessions, networking lunch, afternoon plenary, Welcome Reception, and Housers After Dark
  • Friday, March 7: Day 2 of the conference includes breakfast, morning sessions, plenary session, plated networking lunch, and afternoon sessions

2025 Housing Justice Awards Ceremony Tickets

The Housing Justice Awards ceremony will take place on Wednesday, March 5 from 6pm-9pm at the Sheraton Grand Sacramento Hotel. Ticket includes entry to the Housing Justice Awards Ceremony and dinner including appetizers, one drink ticket and a three course meal.

Important Registration Information

The following are important notes about registering for the 2025 Housing California Conference:

  • Conference Registration Rates: Early Bird registration opens on Wednesday, November 13 and ends on Friday, January 10, 2025. Regular registration opens January 11 and ends on February 28, 2025 or until sold out.
  • Housing Justice Awards Ceremony Tickets: Award Ceremony on Wednesday, March 5 requires a separate paid ticket..
  • Housing California Advocacy Day Registration: Separate registration required to participate in the Wednesday, March 5 Advocacy Day. For more information on participating contact Lauren Rebrovich, at lrebrovich@housingca.org
  • Meals: Breakfast and lunch will be provided to the two-day conference attendees on March 6 and 7. The two-day conference registration will also provide you with access to the welcome reception on March 6 and access to the networking coffee hour 12-1pm on March 5 when registration opens.
  • Learning Labs and Community Tours: Pre-Conference Learning Labs and Community Tours on Wednesday, March 5 require a separate registration. They are NOT included with your two-day conference registration and are an additional charge.
  • Payment Options: We accept registration payments by credit card or check.
  • Cancellations: You may cancel your registration on or before February 14, 2025 and receive a full registration refund. Refunds must be requested in writing and e-mailed to conference@housingca.org. Cancellations made after February 14, 2025, are NOT eligible for refund.
  • Substitutions: Registrants who are unable to attend may send another attendee in their place. The substitution request must be received by February 21, 2025. Substitution requests must be requested in writing and e-mailed to conference@housingca.org.
  • COVID-19: Attendees should stay home if they have tested positive for COVID-19, are waiting for their COVID-19 test results, have COVID-19 symptoms, or have been in close contact with a person who has tested positive for or who has symptoms of COVID-19. If one of the previous scenarios is the case and you are not able to attend the conference, you may be eligible for a full refund. Please send an email to conference@housingca.org.
